Project Overview
CLB Restaurants wanted Tucci’s outdated interior completely renovated before the Memorial Tournament, a large driver of business, with as short a shutdown as possible. With 2 months of pre-planning, Lehman Daman completed the renovation in just 12 days, while the kitchen remained open for outdoor dining. Every surface was updated, from floor to ceiling, including new lighting, new booths, COVID-19 dividers, and entirely renovated restrooms. Also, the wall between the kitchen and seating areas was modified to glass.

Project Challenges
To meet the project timeline, Lehman Daman collaborated with the on-site manager to address issues quickly and decisively once construction had started. Adding to the challenge, a labor and materials shortage started during the project, threatening the timeline. For example, the floor tile’s lead time increased, but Lehman Daman managed to work with the supplier to get their order expedited.
