Tucci's
Project Overview
Due to COVID-19 dining restrictions, Tucci’s needed to quickly add an enclosed outdoor patio tent to maintain operations. Tucci’s had already ordered the tent, but it required a permanent structure for installation. They contracted Lehman Daman, who CLB Restaurants (Tucci’s owner) has used consistently for maintenance and small projects.
Speed was the most important part of the project. Lehman Daman completed the project in under 4 weeks, including getting permits approved through the city of Dublin.

Project Challenges
While drilling for the support piers, Lehman Daman discovered solid bedrock, which requires a different subcontractor. Lehman Daman quickly found a new sub and kept the project moving forward.
Also, subpar work from both the tent supplier/installer and the sound panel supplier/installer needed to quickly be redone by Lehman Daman in order to look and function at the high-end level Tucci’s desired.
