Project Overview
Lazear Capital Partners was looking for a bigger, more modern and high-end office for their growing investment banking firm that would better represent their business and clientele. Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) secured Lazear as a tenant in one of their Arena District buildings, in an office requiring demolition of the existing tenant space and a complete build out.

Project Challenges
Lehman Daman was contracted by NRI for the Lazear build out, so all three parties involved needed to coordinate. Working with Lazear, Lehman Daman ensured that the layout, finishes, and overall design met their needs. Working with NRI, Lehman Daman coordinated construction activities to minimize disruption to the rest of the building. This included scheduling early morning material deliveries, after hours work for noisy activities, and nights and weekends work when access to adjacent tenants was needed.
Lehman Daman completed the budget on time and budget, and Lazear has since used Lehman Daman’s Service Division for other maintenance needs.
