Project Overview
In 2015, Vectra’s growing business prompted their Columbus operations to move into a nearby consolidated space that would include over 100,000 square feet of showroom, offices, and production.
Lehman Daman was selected as the Construction Manager for the project. Throughout the project, Lehman Daman delivered on every detail and successfully balanced communication among architects, contractors, the core project team, and client staff.

Project Challenges
Vectra’s high tech, high-speed operations required precision across all aspects of the build-out. In addition to implementing the complete renovation, Lehman Daman was challenged to coordinate with the clients’ staff and vendors who were simultaneously adding and installing new equipment.
Lehman Daman managed the tight schedule and budget for Taylor Corporation with their dedication to effective communication and detailed planning.
