Project Overview
Finite State, a software startup company in Columbus, OH, was building out their headquarters in an old, converted warehouse. Lehman Daman completed the project, which included a lobby, open workspace, single offices and meeting rooms, as well as three “wet” areas: a kitchen, bar with beer tap, and coffee bar.

As a fast-growing startup, Finite State needed their office to reflect their young, dynamic culture and support their operational needs, without over-investing in the space. Lehman Daman helped them make selective construction decisions to stay within budget, while still ending with an office that aesthetically and functionally worked for their business.
