Project Overview

To accommodate a growing team, Benesch Law partnered with Lehman Daman to expand its office footprint in the Huntington Center. The project extended the firm’s 26th-floor space into half of the 27th floor, creating a unified, functional environment across both levels.

Project Challenges

This renovation took place in a 37-story office tower in downtown Columbus. Lehman Daman followed all building protocols, including evening dumpster drop-offs with morning pick-ups, as well as limiting noisy or disruptive work during standard business hours.

A unique element of this project involved constructing a new internal stairwell to connect the 26^thand 27^th floors. This required careful coordination between Lehman Daman, Hines (building owners), the design team, and our subcontractors.
