Project Challenges
Due to an initial setback selling their previous building, Lehman Daman could not start construction until September 2019. Working through the winter months on a ground-up building created delays and added costs, such as slowing down drywall drying times and requiring extensive tarping. Even with these additional challenges, Lehman Daman completed the project on budget and in the original projected timeframe.
Project Highlights
- Sanctuary, lobby, and multiple classrooms and offices, all taking advantage of the setting, scenic views, and natural light
- Large single-pane glass windows in sanctuary
- Wood frame
