Project Overview
In partnership with the Columbus Blue Jackets, Fanatics Betting and Gaming, the online and retail sports betting arm of Fanatics Holdings, Inc., aimed to establish a premier sport viewing and betting hub in the Arena District. Taking over the location previously occupied by the Three-Legged Mare, Fanatics engaged Lehman Daman to transform the space into a modern retail sportsbook in time for the start of the NFL season.

Project Challenges
L/D had limited areas for staging and storing materials. Adding to this logistical challenge, multiple subcontractors had to perform work simultaneously within a tight jobsite to meet the accelerated schedule. To address these issues, L/D developed a phasing plan, providing subcontractors with a clear timeline of when their services would be required. This helped ensure that manpower, materials, and equipment were used efficiently and effectively given the space constraints.
Lehman Daman successfully delivered this project one month ahead of schedule, enabling Fanatics to open their doors to the public and eagerly welcome sports fans to a thrilling experience in the Arena District.
